The Handshake Agreement: By venturing into our world and using our Service, you're giving us a virtual handshake, agreeing to these Terms. They're like the secret code to ensure we all enjoy the adventure. These apply to every hero, sidekick, or curious visitor who steps into our realm.

The Enrolment Pact: Signing up for any of our epic quests (a.k.a. training programs) means you’re cool with our Terms of Use and all the other scrolls and tomes of wisdom (like policies) we've got on our website.

The Quest for Employment: Just like in the tales of old, the path to glory (employment) is unique for each adventurer. While we arm you with the sword of knowledge, remember, that securing the treasure (job) depends on the kingdom (agency) and your heroic deeds (effort and suitability).

The Online Only Adventure: All quests (training programs) are charted in the digital realm only. It’s your quest to ensure this format suits your journey. Should there be dragons (challenges) because the online format doesn’t suit you, we, unfortunately, cannot slay them for you.

Guarding the Treasure (Your Account): Creating an account with us? Guard your treasure (password) fiercely! If any digital bandits (unauthorised users) get hold of it, alert the town guard (us) at once!

The Scroll of Wisdom (Intellectual Property): Everything you discover here – from the ancient texts (course materials) to the enchanted spells (features) – is protected by the realm’s magic (our exclusive property). Once you embark on your quest (enrol), consider these scrolls lent to you to conquer your challenges, not to be shared with the outside world.

Exploring Distant Lands (Links to Other Sites): On your journey, you may find portals (links) to distant lands (third-party websites). Beware, brave explorer, for we don’t govern these lands, and their customs (content and policies) are their own.

The Parting of Ways (Termination): Should you choose to leave our fellowship, or if we find you’ve strayed from the path (breached these Terms), our alliance may need to end. But fear not, for the tales of your deeds (rights and obligations) will live on.

The Scroll of Foretelling (Disclaimer): Your quest through our Service is at your own risk. We provide our map (Service) as is, without any sworn oaths (warranties) of safe passage or treasure (employment).

The Laws of the Land (Governing Law): Our saga is woven within the fabric of the Commonwealth of Australia, and its laws guide our journey together.
